We want you to love your Flabelus; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or size exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

Prepare the Package
Place the unworn Flabelus shoes in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
